When a Dearborn, Michigan resident at a city council meeting objected to naming a city street after a man who openly supports Hamas and Hezbollah, the city’s mayor, Abdullah H. Hammoud, told the man, a Christian, “although you live here, you are not welcome here.”
We can only imagine the message if the man were Jewish.
But today’s rampant antisemitism is not limited to American Muslims—some 38% of whom hold antisemitic beliefs. Indeed about 24% of all Americans also agreed with antisemitic slanders.
No wonder venomous discrimination against Jews and Israelis is exploding in the U.S. and worldwide:
- Nearly 4,000 U.S. film industry professionals signed a letter pledging to boycott the Israeli film industry.
- A new sign in a German store window states: “Jews are banned . . . no antisemitism, we just can’t stand you.”
- A surge of ~10,000 posts on social media following Charlie Kirk’s assassination accused Jews or Israelis of the crime.
- Masked thugs, shouting “Zionist pigs,” brutally beat two Jewish University of Michigan students with bats in Ann Arbor—where campus antisemitism has shot up 200%.

- Senator Bernie Sanders just weeks ago lied openly, alleging: “Israel is committing genocide . . . The intent is clear.” Wait, Bernie! Israel has NEVER been found to intentionally target innocent Palestinians—they can’t prove it because Israel just doesn’t do it. Yet scores of media printed the lie with no refutation.
- Some 2,000 Hollywood film workers, including Mark Ruffalo, this month signed a pledge to boycott the Israeli film industry as being “complicit in genocide against the Palestinians people.” Again false . . . yet again mainstream media printed it.
- Author Arundhati Roy last week described Israel’s actions as a “brutal genocide” such as “human beings have never seen before”—though many actual genocides, such as in Sudan, killed millions more people on purpose.
- New York Times publishes an op-ed by Navi Pillay, former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, falsely asserting “Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.” Pillay also fails to show that Israel ever targets innocents, and the Times fails to correct her falsehoods.
- Fake “International Association of Genocide Scholars”—which allows anybody to join for $35— declares that “Israel’s actions in Gaza constitute genocide.” The group uses bogus death counts and fails to prove Israel targets anybody other than Gaza terrorists. Yet CBS News, Reuters and PBS publish their lie.

Here’s the first truth: War is indeed brutal, and many civilians die tragically. But war is not genocide.

The truth is, Israel bombed Gaza’s Nasser Hospital because the IDF determined the facility was being used as a Hamas command and control center. A Hamas operative and sometime journalist, Hassan Aslih, who took part in Hamas’s invasion of Israel on October 7, was killed in the attack.
A few days ago, Israel bombed a tunnel running around and beneath Gaza’s European Hospital, attempting to eliminate Hamas chief Mohammed Sinwar, brother of dead Hamas mastermind Yayah Sinwar. The strike resulted in damage and some deaths in and around the hospital, including Hamas operatives and facilities.
FLAME exposed both the hospital- and journalist-targeting hoaxes in our January report, “Seven latest attacks on Israel by media pervert the truth,” which informed hundreds of thousands of Americans on social media that hospitals used as enemy headquarters are legitimate targets under international law.
