Cost for this mission is $3,198 per person, double occupancy. (for single occupancy, add $635). This fee includes roundtrip coach airfare from New York City, all overnight accommodations, entrance to all attractions, speaker fees, bus travel through Israel, nine Israeli buffet breakfasts and eight dinners, and all hotel restaurant and tour guide tips. Most lunches are on your own.

Costs not included: US and foreign airport taxes; Q fuel surcharge, passport and visa fees, items not listed on standard group menus, mineral water, tea, coffee, after-meal beverages, personal expenses (laundry, valet service, cables, telephone calls, postage, etc.), meals not listed above, and optional tips to drivers, guides, speakers, tour escorts and other services not indicated above.

In addition to travel costs, FLAME requests that participants make a 2008 tax-deductible gift commitment of $500.
